Description

This holiday accommodation in the Oberdrautal in Carinthia is a very cosy wooden block house built ecologically, providing all the necessary comfort and ample space for up to ten people, whether for extended family or a group of friends. The house is somewhat set apart from the Glocknerhof holiday hotel, on a quiet elevation (700 metres) on the edge of a forest, with a view of the Drau valley as far as the lake called Weissensee. There is a big terrace on the ground floor and a balcony on the upper floor. The private driveway is cleared of snow in winter and parking space is provided. Guests can use the leisure facilities at the nearby main building. Breakfast and half-board are available at a supplementary cost. It has a cosy fireplace lounge, a well—equipped kitchen-diner and a TV corner on the ground floor, as well as a separately accessed apartment. The upper floor has two bedrooms with double beds. The bathroom provides a whirlpool bath and a WC and there is also a separate WC. Wireless Internet access is available and mineral water is provided on arrival. The apartment has rustic wooden furnishing and a fireplace stove, exuding a homely atmosphere, while the modern fittings provide everything you need. You can enjoy tennis and morning sports right on the doorstep. It s 175km to Salzburg and 300km to Munich. It is a starting point for hikes in Upper Carinthia, for water sports at the famous Carinthian lakes and trips to Italy, South Tyrol and Slovenia. The little holiday village provides all the necessary sports options, such as skiing, cross-country skiing and skating in winter, and golf, tennis, riding, hiking, mountain biking in summer. Explore a landscape with blossoming meadows, clear lakes and streams, and craggy mountains, affording breathtaking views. There are shops a kilometre away.
