This spacious apartment is located in the cozy village Brixen im Thale, in Tyrol, Austria, with a balcony for you to enjoy the serene view of the surroundings. You have access to 3 large bedrooms which can accommodate 10 people. The ski bus makes a stop almost right in front of your door. In the direct vicinity of the house are plenty of restaurants and shops located at a distance of 300 m. The apartment is situated on the first floor and can be reached by lift. Through the spacious hallway with a wardrobe, you have access to three large bedrooms and three bathrooms with rain showers, sinks, and a toilet. Along the entire backside you can find a spacious, sunny balcony with a sitting area and a stunning view across the Choralp. There are two parking spaces, one at the front of the house and one at the back. There is also a possibility to use a charging point for electric cars for a fee.Waste must be separated. Free WiFi services are available.

After gaining experience with renting out a home in Kirchberg we have accepted a new challenge to create a great vacation spot in this recently built apartment building. The apartment is very comfortable and offers room for 10 adults.
The Brixental offers both in sommer and winter all kinds of options for an enjoyable vacation! In sommer you can hike, mountainbike, swim and play golf in the area. In the winter the Kitzbüheler Alps offer a lot of winter fun! Skiing, snowboarding or cross country skiing everything is possible on every level.
For a fee there is also a possibility to play tennis at the hotel next door.
If you drive an electric car you do not have to worry about charging it, because we offer a covered parking spot with charging facility which you can use for a small fee.
