Modern apartment near the ski area
House:
In the pleasant village of Brixen im Thale, next to the Sporthotel, you will find the "Residenz Edelalm", a small apartment complex built in 2016. The cable car to the "SkiWelt" ski area is only a few minutes away. Here you can take the lift to the Westendorf ski area or on the other side to the High Brixen ski area. The ski bus stops right outside the door. The "Tanzer" descent (1c) ends a few dozen meters from the flat. The railway station is a short distance away. Flat Top 2 is located on the ground floor. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with toilet, as well as a separate additional toilet. A large, sunny balcony with a sitting area runs along the entire back of the house (facing south!). The flat has its own room with a washing machine and dryer, and it is possible to store skis and ski boots. Parking/charging station: Top 2 has 2 parking spaces, one of which is under a carport with its own charging station for electric cars. This can be used in consultation with the caretaker. Charging fees for electric or hybrid cars are always based on consumption and are calculated separately on the basis of Austrian prices.
