The cottage is located 4.5km above the town Frantschach/St. Gertraud, on a silvan glade, completely secluded, at the end of a private road.

Distances:
Frantschach 4.5km, Wolfsberg 9km, wine level 20km, swimming lake St. Andrä 25km, outdoor swimming pool Wolfsberg 12km. You can start hiking directly in front of the cottage, under the cottage is a small river. The Lavanttal offers more than 1,000km marked and family-friendly hiking paths and is known the mountain biker´s eldorado.

Equippment:
Ground floor: small kitchen with electric cooker, oven, wood stove (central heating), fridge, coffee machine, living room with seating corner, satellite TV, bathroom with shower/toilet. Upper floor: 1 three-bed room, 1 double room with terrace. Next to the cottage is a wellness hut with sauna/infrared cabin, cold water shower, relaxation room and on top is an arbour with a big terrace and a barbecue. We ask you to do not smoke inside the cottage!
