Each bedroom is newly refurbished and most have their own balcony. Most rooms have their own TV with cable connection & a Radio/CD player. There is a large south facing garden which wraps around the house, terrace area and ample parking for 6 cars. with terrace area. There is also a games room & bar with pool table, and cosy infra-red Sauna cabin to relax in, and in the summer as a guest you can have free use of the local pool just 500 metres away (open June through until August). The fully fitted kitchen is supplied with a oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and microwave. And there is a wood burning stove in the dining area for cosy evenings. Whatever the time of year the Zell am See-Kaprun region always has plenty to suit your tastes. There is almost every winter sport imaginable. And in the summer we’ve got mountain biking, rafting, sailing, golf, rock climbing, tennis, horse riding, and of course all the walking/ hiking trails you can handle, plus much much more. The nearby town of Zell am See is bursting with Austrian charm & character and the crystal clear waters of the lake combined with the surrounding mountains, really do provide a beautiful picture postcard setting. There are plenty of relaxing options too, whether that be a sightseeing & shopping trip to historic Salzburg or Innsbruck, to a leisurely boat trip around the lake or meadow walks. It is perfect for a relaxing holiday for a large group of family or friends. Winter or Summer, there are hundreds of attractions, sights and activities to be found and done in the area.
