On a sunny high plateau, with a wonderful view towards the Hochkönig. There are meadows around the house, opposite is the landlords organic farm. The Tennengebirge and the Fritztaler Berge with their panoramic Hochgründeck (1,827 m) give the place its imposing frame of rugged peaks and gentle alpine meadows.

Next place Hüttau 4 km or St. Martin in the Tennengebirge with shops, tennis, swimming lake and restaurants 9 km. Next inn 2 km, tennis 2 km, riding 5 km, golf course 15 km. Many hiking and biking trails directly from the house. The house is simply ideally located for the nearest ski areas: Skischaukel Flachau-Wagrain-St. Johann Alpendorf (ski amade with 120 kilometers of slopes and 45 modern cable cars) 14 km. Dachstein-West ski area 16 km. Werfenweng ski region 16 km. Amadé thermal baths 9 km.
