The Almzauber hut is in a wonderful location with its own sauna barrel, embedded in the beautiful mountains of Hochfügen and right on the ski slope. From Fügen it is about 14 km uphill. At the end of the valley is Hochfügen (1,480 m above sea level). Access by car is possible up to about 70m to the Almzauber hut. Your luggage will be brought to the hut by sledge from the car park. Hot tub with a fantastic view can be booked for a fee Activities in summer: Hochfügen is considered a hiking paradise. Easy walks, family hikes and challenging tours in high alpine terrain - the possibilities are varied. In addition, you are constantly moving above 1,400 m above sea level, and that is excellent health training. Mountain bikers will also find numerous trails right on site. The entire Zillertal is known beyond Austria's borders for other events and activity programs. There is no chance of getting bored in the valley or on the mountain. In spring, the numerous bike rental stations open their doors, and in summer the four bathing lakes/adventure outdoor pools provide cooling.
