In a very special place, southwest of the well-known Neukirchen am Großvenediger and amidst fresh mountain air, green meadows and beautifully snowy white hills, this very luxurious chalet was built on the sunny slope of the Roßberg. The magnificent chalet has been designed with character. The use of lots of wood, specific details and perfect workmanship combined with the use of high-quality materials ensure a particularly comfortable and luxurious house. You immediately feel at home. Your chalet, which you will of course live in alone, has three floors. One of the floors is the living floor, which offers an outstanding view with its huge windows. In addition to a living and dining area with a cozy wood-burning stove, there is a modern open kitchen equipped with up-to-date appliances. The bedrooms, which are spread across the floors, are very comfortable and furnished to a high quality. You also have your own private sauna. You can park your car (two pieces) in the partially covered parking spaces. There are other chalets in the immediate vicinity, creating a kind of village. A ski rental with a ski school is centrally located. There is also a snack bar with a small menu for a snack or a drink. Would you like fresh bread rolls every day? No problem, these can be ordered at reception. The ski lift with practice area is easily accessible on foot from the chalet and is perfect for families with small children or beginners. Advanced skiers can take the free ski bus to the lift of the magnificent Wildkogel Arena ski area. With the location right on the slopes, you can ski back to the vicinity of your chalet if there is enough snow. Would you like to experience something different? The Zillertal Arena or Kitzbühel/Kirchberg ski areas are only a few minutes away by car
