From the house you can reach beautiful hiking and cycling trails and cross-country ski trails in winter within a few minutes. The ski bus takes you to the Naglköpfl, Kitzsteinhorn and Schmittenhöhe ski areas in just a few minutes. In summer, the Hinkelsteinbad and various lakes can be reached quickly by car or bus. An absolute highlight in the vicinity are the Krimml Falls.
