Renovated holiday home in the mountains

House:
This beautiful rustic country house for a maximum of 10 people is located in Pruggern, municipality of Michaelerberg - Pruggern, near Schladming in Styria, in a quiet and sunny location and not far from the 4-mountain ski area Schladming-Dachstein. The country house offers an open, well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor and direct access to the garden, including the dining room, another kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the first floor there are 3 more bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is a play area in the garden and a room for skis or bicycles in the house. In summer, Pruggern and the surrounding area invite you to go hiking and mountain sports, from family hikes to spring and water hikes, cycling (family tours, mountain bike routes, e-bike tours), rafting tours, canyoning and mountaineering. There is lots of swimming fun in the Panoramabad Gröbming, the Aich leisure lake or the swimming lake in Irdning. The country house is close to several different ski areas in the Schladming - Dachstein region: the Stoderzinken - Gröbming ski area with 8 kilometers of slopes, Ramsau am Dachstein - Rittisberg with 13 kilometers of slopes, the Galsterberg ski area with 15 kilometers of slopes and 4 cable cars and lifts and the well-known Schladming - Planai ski area /Hochwurzen (the 4-mountain ski area in the Schladming-Dachstein region) with 123 kilometers of slopes. There are plenty of shops for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants directly in town or in Schladming (approx. 1.5 km).

Always happy to return Beautiful natural garden with many trees around the house. Garden furniture, table tennis, toys, children's playground 20 metres away. Very good location - only a few minutes' walk to the ski bus to the Galsterbergalm ski area and only 8 minutes by car to the Hauser Kaibling-Reiteralm ski area. Ours is a house in the valley - no mountain route and in winter a problem-free journey is possible. Ideal starting point for wonderful excursions, bike tours and hikes in summer. 5 double rooms - ideal for groups of friends Spacious and lovingly furnished rooms. The kitchen on the ground floor is ideal for cosy get-togethers, evening meals and games. Plenty of crockery and a dishwasher. Bakery service Dorfplatz - from 7.30 to 7.45 the baker - fresh bread rolls, milk, coffee ... (except Sundays and public holidays) and the regional shelf. Here you can drink the tap water - crystal clear and of the best quality "Pruggerer spring water". Save yourself the hassle of lugging mineral water around Supermarkets, doctor, pharmacy, petrol station ... can be reached in a few minutes by car (approx. 3-5 km). Bed linen, towels, toilet paper, washing-up liquid available - so that there is room in your car. Large garden around the house - the house is surrounded by greenery. Playground for children in front of the house and opposite the local children's playground. Dogs welcome (is your liability insurance for your pet also valid abroad?). Ski and in summer bike room with charging facilities for e-bikes. Our house is ideal for family reunions - I believe we are in the centre of Europe. However, we are not a party house. No other guests Car park in front of the house - electric charging station 50 m away
