From the moment you step over the threshold you will feel right at home in the welcoming ambience of our chalet!

The house has a total of 10 rooms:

  • Entrance hall with coat hanging space
  • Spacious lounge with open fireplace, 2 leather settees, large dining table and floor to ceiling panorama windows – diverse designer lamps by Catellani & Smith provide a wonderful ambience
  • Farmer’s wood burning stove from South Tyrol
  • 3 bedrooms with double beds handcrafted from solid wood
  • 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms
  • 1 bathroom with shower/WC
  • Private spa with relaxation room on the ground floor with garden access.
  • Heated ski room



Chalet Mühlermoos is idyllically located at 730 m above sea level, with magnificent open views of the imposing mountains and valley floor. If you are an early riser, you can watch the deer that come out of the forest to drink at our own stream in the mornings. That is what you call a peaceful location in the midst of pure nature!

The chalet is located on the first floor of an old farm property which dates back to the 17th Century and was lovingly restored by the owners in 2006. Our chalet has an awful lot more to offer besides the fantastic location: the original traditional timber construction has been retained right up into the rafters and enhanced with north and south facing floor to ceiling glass fronts, creating a bright and open space. In the modern kitchen with open plan living room, a traditional wood-burning stove creates homely warmth. This beautiful chalet has three inviting bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a wooden terrace. It harmoniously combines century old values with modern technology to create an exceptionally cosy ambience. Only the owner of the Chalet lives in the house next door.

But that is not all – the ground floor of the chalet houses a 40 m² spa area with an organic sauna, saunarium and wooden bathtub for 2 persons to relax.

Our detached chalet is located in a quiet position well away from traffic. It is ideal for holidays with children because they can safely run around outside and explore the adjacent forest. You can park your car conveniently next to the house. Wi-Fi is available. On request, you can take advantage of our personal services and daily bread delivery.

Dogs are welcome as we have got a soft spot for animals!


The ski bus stop is next to the driveway to the chalet, ensuring easy access to the ski area of your choice. The closest ski resort is 1.5 km away. Indulge in your favourite winter sports or visit us in summer to discover the mountains on unforgettable hikes. Beautiful hiking trails can also be found around the chalet. We are happy to give you advice on where to go.
