Description

The rustic holiday accommodation is at an altitude of about 1400 metres, on the sunny south slope of the Hohe Tauern. You holiday accommodation has a furnished veranda affording a fantastic mountain view. The fully enclosed garden for your own exclusive use also features a barrel sauna with a view of the Dolomites. The chalet can be accessed by car in any season and you can park your car on one of the three private outdoor spaces. The house provides around 70m² of living space comprising two floors with heating throughout. He dreamy wooden chalet has a living and dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen and a fireplace, three bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a shower, washbasin, hairdryer and WC. The first bedroom is furnished with a kingsize bed (160cm wide) that has a romantic canopy. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two single beds 90cm wide. The third bedroom in the attic has a queensize bed (140cm wide) and a table with two chairs. There is another single bed in the living room, but which serves more as comfortable seating. Please note that waste disposal is charged on site according to consumption, the charge is 8 euros per unit. A bakery, butcher and smaller grocery shops are about 8km away. There is a larger supermarket in Winklern about 15km away. It is only about 50 metres to the nearest hiking trail. The holiday region of Carinthia holds a special appeal for nature lovers, hikers and mountain bikers. Impressive hiking trails lead for example to Raggaschlucht, the Marterle, the highest pilgrimage church in Carinthia, and to other peaks up to 2000 metres above sea level. You can also explore the Lainacher Kuhalm, the Anna-Schutzhaus at Ederplan, the Winklerner Hütte and the Faschingsalm. The Mölltal Glacier and the Zettersfeld ski resort are to be recommended for winter sports enthusiasts. A natural path leads from the parking area up to the chalet. In winter, guests take care of clearing snow themselves on site, especially on the natural path. The owner accepts no liability for any accidents due to snowy or icy paths. Wi-Fi is available for a small fee.
