The apartments are located in the modern Resort Carpe Solem in Rauris, which will open its doors in summer 2021. The interior and finish of the apartment is entirely in the style of this region. High-quality materials such as natural stone from Rauris and larch wood have been used for both the exterior and interior. You will enjoy the mesmerising snow-capped mountain-views of the surroundings from the balcony/terrace. Ideally, this apartment is perfect for the winter sports lovers and the family of 4 who wants to spend time in peace and quietness. The location of the resort in this fine family ski area could not be better, namely directly on the slopes and at the valley station of the Rauriser Hochalmbahn (ski-in, ski-out). The center of Rauris is a 5-minute walk away. So you don't need your car. You can buy the general supplies required for the stay from the supermarket at a distance of 2 km away from the property. There is something to do both in summer and winter. You can enjoy walking, cycling, hiking, and mountaineering in the summer weather whereas winter means skiing! Whichever type of apartment you book you always have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Outside you have a terrace or balcony with garden furniture where you can relax or enjoy the delicious meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. In the living room, you can spend time watching your favourite TV show while lounging on the double sofa-bed. The bedroom is also perfect and provides a cosy sleep after an exciting day full of adventures. You can park your car in the central parking lot. If you book a summer holiday, the Nationalpark Sommercard is included. A top destination for the whole family in summer and winter. The nearest train station is 12 km away from the apartment.
