Description

The house with the apartment is situated at 1600 metres above sea level and is surrounded by meadows, forests and mountains. There is a balcony on three sides of the apartment, so you can enjoy a panoramic view in three directions. There is plenty of space around the house, with a playground and a grill area. The holiday apartment is on the first floor and is suitable for up to 7 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm), a supplementary bed for one person and a washbasin, a second bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm), washbasin and shower, and a bedroom with a bunk bed (2 x 80 x 190cm) and a washbasin. The living room-kitchen is fully-equipped, with a dishwasher, a four-ring hob with an oven, a fridge, coffee machine, kettle, satellite TV and wireless Internet access, as well as a corner bench group. A washing machine and a freezer are provided. The bathroom has a bath and a WC. In summer you can go on mountain and meadow hikes or climb 3000-metre peaks. Or you can drive over the passes into neighbouring Italy or Switzerland. There are free guided hikes and hiking buses. In winter you can go snow shoe hiking, cross-country skiing, ski touring or take lifts up to 2800 metres. The Kühtai ski lift is eight minutes away with the free ski busses. The nearest shops are about 5km away. A bread rolls delivery service and a shopping service are available.
