With its large garden area, it has a unique and special charm that many guests and groups have come to appreciate. Our rooms, with names like "Sunflower," "Lotus," and "Rose," offer a unique combination of rustic charm and modern comfort. Whether single, double, or multi-bed rooms, each room is decorated with great attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms vary in size and amenities, with some sharing a communal bathroom, while most have their own bathroom and toilet. A Paradise for Nature Lovers With a private walking path along the Thaya River and additional hiking trails nearby, EL MOLINO invites you to fully enjoy nature. Away from street lighting, you can admire a clear starry sky. Our Facilities The house, with its tranquil and special atmosphere, invites you to a peaceful and relaxing stay. Guests have free access to the conservatory in the courtyard and the entrance area, which with its seating areas and sofas, invites you to sit together comfortably. It is located in the old part of the mill and is adjacent to some rooms. From the cozy "BUDDHA LOUNGE" to the rustic "TIROLER BAR" and our spacious seminar rooms "SAMADHI" or "THAYA," we have the perfect spot for your needs. The tastefully furnished common areas, terraces, and conservatory offer numerous options for smaller and larger gatherings. Additional Bookable Services • Seminar Room SAMADHI: €260 per day At 70 m² and for up to 30 people, it forms the heart of our house with its central location. Ideal for yoga retreats, team-building, dance and silent meditations, workshops, and conferences, it is equipped with a high-quality sound system (2 CD players, iPod connection, mixer, professional Sentri III speakers for a unique sound experience), TV, DVD recorder, dimmable lights, and wooden floor. It also has soundproof windows to block out loud music, etc. On request, we can provide the following items free of charge: meditation/seating cushions, mats, chairs, flipchart, pens, and paper. • Seminar Room THAYA: €100 per day A 42 m² glass pavilion located directly on the Thaya with a view of the greenery. It is equipped with a TV, DVD player, and sound system. • BUDDHA LOUNGE: €1,200 per day At 245 m², it is the largest room in our seminar center and creates a feeling of vitality, joy, and inspiration with its oriental decor. On cozy lounge sofas, you can spend time with your group and enjoy the wonderful ambiance of this beautiful room. With our professional light and sound system and enough space for a stage, you can even hire a small band, perform something yourself, or simply bring your guests to dance! • TIROLER BAR: €560 per day Our "Tiroler Bar" will not only heat things up for the Tyroleans among you! A rustic and cozy atmosphere with benches and tables made of reclaimed wood and a large fireplace creates the right mood. The necessary professional sound system and lighting are definitely available! • GRILL/FIRE PIT: €65 per stay A cozy round at the campfire sounds tempting? Then use our charming fire pit in the courtyard! The price includes 5 baskets of wood, 1 small sack of charcoal, fire starters, and the final cleaning.
