This beautiful and unique property, in the middle of the St. Johanns ski slope in Tyrol, is ideal for families, groups and smaller clubs who want to spend an unforgettable holiday in Tyrol. The building was built around 300 years ago, completely renovated in 2015 and brought up to the latest state of the art. The rooms are generously equipped and the natural scent of Swiss pine accompanies you in a pleasant way. This property is a perfectly successful mix of old and new, without neglecting comfort. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, 1 2-bed room, 1 bathroom with shower and a separate WC. Upstairs you will find a bathroom with bath and 3 bedrooms. This property is a real jewel in winter. The ski slope passes directly by the house on both sides. Therefore it more than lives up to the predicate, ski-in/ski-out. The ski lifts are only a stone's throw away and an umbrella bar is just around the corner. It can be reached in less than a minute. In summer, too, this property entices you with a tremendous range of activities in the area. The mountain railways also transport you during peak times in summer. In the immediate vicinity, in addition to endless hiking trails and mountain bike trails right on the doorstep, there is also a climbing park and a mountain cart track. Driving on the mountain road in winter is usually only possible with snow chains and/or four-wheel drive!
