This “artist’s residence” is nestled amidst a forest and meadows on the edge of Straden. Its absolute peace and quiet invites you to get back to basics once again. Price is immaterial if one is looking for seclusion, peace and quiet, and an idyllic paradise. One does not mind travelling long distances: Tuscany 800km, Scotland 2000km, Seychelles 7000km… if one is clever then half a tank of petrol should suffice: Vienna 198km, Graz 67km, Linz 290km, Eisenstadt 170km, Salzburg 340km. The lovingly designed apartment with terrace is a good place to stay if you are looking for peace and relaxation. The apartment is in its own building - the former young animal stable or the farm kitchen. The artist's room was completely renovated in 2020 and expanded by one room to 60m². Kitchen, living & dining with sleeping accommodation and a comfortable bedroom (1.60 x 2.00 m). Of course, it also has its own bathroom with toilet and shower. It is an ideal starting point for extended hikes in the beautiful surroundings of Styria. The nearby thermal baths invite you to relax and Slovenia is right nearby. There are vineyards, mountain inns and award-winning restaurants, agricultural producers and small manufacturers within easy access. Gourmets will appreciate the breakfast basket with regional specialities (on request). You can enjoy cycling and hiking trails, churches, museums, culture, art, hospitable people, history and stores.
