The ""Krapflgeusche"" holiday home in Muhr in Salzburger Land is an ideal starting point for families and friendly couples who love cycling and mountain tours as well as alpine hut hikes. Wonderful alpine summers, breathtaking mountain and dreamy winter landscapes paired with plenty of space and a large garden await you here! Notably, all the bedrooms and the entire property is equipped with floor heating, so rest assured that you would be warm and cosy even if during bone-chilling winters. There is a spacious terrace where you can linger with your morning coffee and garden furniture where you can enjoy a wholesome breakfast and unwind after an active day outdoors. You can also employ a barbecue or a grill during the evenings and enjoy delicious grilled food amid the mirth and laughter of your loved ones. The house is located in the beautiful village of Muhr and is surrounded by meadows and alpine pastures. The region has also been a UNESCO biosphere reserve since 2020. Ski areas such as the Katschberg or St. Margarethen are only a few minutes away by car. All necessary amenities and shops are located in Sankt Michael im Lungau and can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. The house is situated on an 800 m² fenced plot, where children can play outside and your dog can let off steam to his heart's content. A complete renovation has been lovingly carried out in recent years. The kitchen is fully equipped and all bedrooms and the living room have satellite TV (including streaming services in the living room). The large kitchen with floor heating is well-equipped for self-catering and preparing scrumptious homecooked meals. You can park on the property directly at the house. There is a carport also provided to keep your cars safe and scratch free.
