At 950 meters altitude and at a dead end, you can enjoy the peace, nature and the breathtaking view over the rooftops of Zell am See, the Zeller See and the mountains.

Our Luxury Holiday Apartment in Zell am See for up to 6 people is also perfect for 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms and thus the vacation rental is perfect for either a small family, a couple or a group of 4-6 people.
The exposed luxury penthouse has a total of 95 square meters of living space, located on the third floor of the condominium and is accessible via an outside staircase. It has a total of two double bedrooms. Both are equipped with a comfortable box spring bed and a cupboard, a large bathroom with a bathtub and rain shower, a separate toilet with sink and a large living-dining area with open kitchen.
The open living-dining area has a double sofa bed, satellite TV in all languages and a music system for a modern home entertainment. In the same room there is a dining table with six chairs and a bar table with two bar stools. The fully equipped open kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, full automatic coffee machine and other kitchen appliances such as a blender, toaster and kettle.

Our penthouse is very quiet, but at the same time centrally located on the Sonnberg in 950 meters above the rooftops of Zell am See and is easily accessible via a well-developed mountain road. However, we recommend bringing snow chains in winter. The center of Zell am See is about 1 km away from the penthouse and can also be reached via a nice walking path in about 15 minutes.

This is partly due to its sparkling lake with drinking water quality, its green mountain meadows in summer and its year-round snow-white glacier. Zell am See-Kaprun is one of the most family-friendly regions in Europe and one of the top addresses of international recreational destinations.
The towns of Zell am See and Kaprun are about 8 km apart and give the holiday region its name. Zell am See lies, as the name suggests, on the shores of Lake Zell and at the foot of the Schmittenhöhe, while Kaprun nestles against the Hohe Tauern mountains and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier.
Location description : Experience unforgettable winter days in the mountains around Zell am See-Kaprun. The Schmittenhöhe is located high above Zell am See with 77 kilometers of slopes, five valley runs and a trass slope. The city express train in the city is about 1 km and the Schmittenhöhenbahn is about 4 km from the penthouse.
It is 11 km to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier and is the only one in the province of Salzburg that offers snow safety from October to early summer. State-of-the-art mountain railways and Salzburg’s highest chairlift takes you to over 3,000 meters. Maiskogel in Kaprun is about 10 km from the penthouse and is the family mountain of the region with 20 km of slopes fun.
