Beautiful villa with garden

House:
In this renovated coastal villa full of charm and contemporary comfort, you can spend a wonderful holiday by the sea with 8 people. Not only will you be staying within walking distance of the sea, but you can easily reach the center of Koksijde and St-Idesbald on foot, by bike or by tram. The sunny terrace and the beautifully landscaped garden with a second terrace where you can enjoy the evening sun are also equipped with every comfort. Please take a quick look at the photos and description for more detail. Layout: Ground floor: On the street and garden level is the garage where you can park bicycles, strollers and bicycle trailer. You can park a car in front of the garage. Behind the garage is a utility room, a laundry room and a fully equipped bathroom with separate toilet. Belle-étage: The front door of the house can be reached via a staircase (see photos). Once inside you will find a spacious entrance hall, a cozy living room, a toilet, the stairs to the top and the fully equipped kitchen that gives access to the raised terrace. You can also take the stairs to the garden via this terrace. 1st floor: On the first floor is the bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet. 2 spacious bedrooms with double bed (box spring), 1 baby cot and plenty of closet space. You go to the next floor via the stairs. 2nd floor: Here there are again two bedrooms with double bed (box spring) and cupboard space. These rooms are air-conditioned
