Shops, restaurants and the beach are just a 15-minute walk away. Characteristics Ground floor: hall, toilet, modern living/dining room, fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with 3 separate freezer drawers), access to the enclosed garden and comfortable terrace just next to the kitchen. Living room with 2 large comfortable sofas, flat screen smart TV and WiFi connection (Proximus). Access to your own streaming services such as Netflix, Disney, etc. The garage serves as a large storage room.
