Half-way between the picturesque town of Theux and spa town of Spa, this comfortable 4-bedroom holiday home awaits you for a weekend, a week, or more. It has a private terrace to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings with your loved ones. The holiday home is perfect for a large family of 9 people or 2 smaller families. Children can have fun on a large trampoline and the whole family can enjoy a petanque court. The owners have a small restaurant on the road. This will not cause any inconvenience and you can have local meals there. Supermarkets are 2 km away. For an evening stroll, the town center is 4 km. You can plan day trips to Li?ge, Spa, Malmedy, and Stavelot. The ground floor holiday home has a large living room where you can eat and relax in the corner by the stove. You can spend leisure hours playing a match of billiards with your loved ones. There's a stream running at the bottom of the garden and at the back there are woods, to experience true nature. On request, you get a children's bed and a high chair. Parking is provided. A pretty pond to sit close to in the evenings and feel the peace come over you.
