Description
The simply and functionally furnished apartment is located in a family house with 2 other apartments for rent, in the village of Bašanija-Savudrija. The location of the 2000 m2 property is sunny and quiet surrounded by greenery, a few steps from the center and the beach. The garden adorned with plants and flowers, equipped with a shared barbecue area. Free parking next to the house. The location is excellent for those who love simplicity, tranquility and comfort.
The air-conditioned, comfortable, simply furnished accommodation of 48 m2 is located on the raised ground floor of a family house and is composed of a bedroom of 15 m2, with a double bed (160x200), a single bed (80x190) with wardrobes and bedside tables, exit to the covered terrace overlooking the garden, bed linen is provided (changed weekly), a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and night lamps. The bathroom with shower cubicle, sink with mirror, toilet and external window, (6m2), bathroom towels, one per person, are provided (changed weekly). The living area consists of a well-equipped kitchenette with oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, plates and cutlery, pots, and a dining area with dining table and 4 chairs. The living area is equipped with a futon, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioner and exit to the covered terrace furnished with table and chairs and umbrella.
Bicycles are available upon request and for an additional fee.
In the garden there is parking, a barbecue area with table and chairs for shared use

* We ask our kind guests:
- to respect neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,
- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to agree on the collection of the keys.

The apartment is located in Bašanija, the ideal place for a relaxing holiday, with lots of greenery around, which stimulates and promotes physical well-being. The pine forest is known for the treatment of respiratory tract diseases that date back to the Austro-Hungarian era, thanks to the air which in this area is the ideal concentration of herbs and marine aerosols to breathe. The area of lush Mediterranean vegetation full of laurels, palms, different types of evergreen shrubs, pines and cypresses.
The coast is largely rocky, there are small sandy beaches in the bays in the area.
Bassania offers optimal conditions for windsurfing: almost constant winds near the coast suitable for beginners and wide for experts.
The oldest lighthouse on the Adriatic, the most famous and most visited attraction of the place.
The town has a post office, restaurants, grocery stores, pizzerias, bars, bakeries and wine bars.
About 3 km away is the port of Savudrija, where you can buy fresh fish directly from the fisherman. The center of Umag 8 km away where you will find the largest and most convenient supermarkets
