Description
Spacious and refreshing villa with an amazing sea view. For a great vacation time, house can offer privacy, peace and memorable staying. The holiday house is located on one of the highest vantage points of the village which means it offers a stuning view of the sea and natural beauties. The area is safe and quiet which allows you to be relaxed during your stay. Nearest sea is just 800 meters away and in vicinity of not more then 2 kilometers there are many rocky and sandy beaches, campsites, wild beaches. Near the property is one small shop for everything you need and just 1 km away there is larger supermarket,gas staion,bank,ATM
Beautiful villa is based on 3 floors. Higher ground floor is the resting area with living room,large kitchen,winter terrace with indoor fireplace,garage, bathroom and a large open terrace with large dining table and a stunning view of the sea-Banjole's bay and natural suroundings. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms each one with balcony and view of the sea aswell. There is also a bathroom with shower cabin. From the outdoor terrace a staircase is leading to the garden area where are the large pool with jacuzzi and large sunbathing area with deckchairs. There is outside grill area and a place for relaxing. On the ground floor there is large entertainment room with darts, billiard and soccer table. There is a seperate wellness room with sauna and shower. There are 2 more bedrooms with private bathrooms, newly furnished with air condition, SAT TV and mosqito nets on the windows.
The garden area is about 700 m2 around the property. There is swing and slide for kids, table soccer, darts, rowing machine, badminton set...The beautiful raised pool 8x4 meters with jacuzzi and bench where you can sit and relax, and a large sunbathing area with deckchairs protected with sunshade tent is the top spot for the sunny days and peaceful sunsets.
Few stairs down from the sunbathing area there is a large barbeque area with grill on coal and gas depends which you prefer. There is also a closed winter terrace with indoors fireplace for a rainy and cloudy days.
The whole property is walled and safe for children.
There is also a 2 parking spots in the backyard and one more spot in the garage.
In the vicinity of the house there is alot of good and respected local domestic fish restaurants.
Also there are alot of places to enjoy your evening outside of the house such as beach bars, parks, nature suroundings...
