Large and spacious villa for 20 persons with large 60 m2 pool, whirlpool, billiard,garden, walled property, detached, privacy within, pets allowed A location is very attractive since it can offer a complete privacy but still near main road and sea. The nearest beach is just 600 meters accesible either by foot or car. Also in the vicinity of 1 to 2 kilometers there is many more beautiful sandy/rocky beaches and other activites regarding water. The house is just 50 meters apart from the gas station, biggest supermarket in the area, bank, exchange office, ATM, bakery, meat market, post office.... There is very good restaurant recomended by many foreign guests called "Ankora" and its just 5 minutes walking from the house. Aswell there is many more restaurants nearby. Trail and bike paths are accesible not far away from house. Also worth of mentioning is that the house is situated just 100 meters from the main road connecting the freeway (Airport), the city of Pula (5km away) and most stuning and beautiful nature park Cape Kamenjak (3 km away). 9 bedrooms,6 bathrooms, large garden with pool,whirpool,dining area on fresh air. This large and spacious property with over then 500 m2 of living area and 800 m2 garden area can offer a great vacation time. It is divided on ground and first floor. On the ground floor there is a large dining area for 20 people, a living area with couch and large flat screen TV and indoors fireplace where you can relax and comfortably enjoy even during the rain days. A kitchen is fully equiped. There is also 2 seperate bathrooms on ground floor one with shower. Seperate room for washing and drying machine and storing accesories which is conected with a huge garage for 3 cars. First floor is where all the rooms are with balconies. It is conected with ground floor through inside staircase but it can also be reached directly from the garden. Rooms are very comfortable and newly furnished. Of total of 9 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms has double beds for two persons, 1 bedroom has two single beds for one person, 1 bedroom has king size bed for one person, 3 bedrooms has one double bed for two persons and one extra bed for single person. There is also a few common areas such as small kitchens and dining table, where and if you want to retire yourself to your private area away from the ground floor. Both floors are airconditioned. A large garden is completelly walled and fenced and it can offer a very much privacy within. There is a large area for to be around with large pool of 60 m2, with installed whirlpool area for 8 people. Children can be safe in the small pool area with a depth of only 50 cm near the staircase of the pool. There is an outdoor grill and table with dining area for 20 people where you can relax during evenings. In the garden there is also outdoor table tennis available. In the vicinity of the house there is alot of good and respected local domestic fish restaurants. Also there are alot of places to enjoy your evening outside of the house such as beach bars, parks, nature suroundings...
