This lovely Villa with a big and comfortable swimming POOL from 32m2 is situated in the middle of Istria in a place Bokordici near Svetvincenat. Svetvincenat, Savicenta, San Vincenti, three names for the same place, deriving from the name of its patron, Hispanic martyr Saint Vincent and the abbey holding the same name around which the town has developed. The renaissance town of Svetvincenat, one of the pearls of Istria, which has become a tourism hot spot due mainly to the many events taking place in the attractive historical corners of our town. The very heart of Svetvincenat is its main square, called „Placa“, together with Morosini-Grimani castle, the landmark of the place and one of the most important Venetian fortifications in Istria. What makes the cultural heritage of Svetvincenat a memorable experience are the wall frescoes to be found in St Vincent’s chapel next to the cemetery and in St Catherine’s church. Each years, this special little town is home to many visitors attracted by its rich tradition and its interesting and diverse events, among which the best known are the Medieval festival, the Cheese festival and the Dance and non-verbal theatre festival. The villa has a surface od a 75 m2 and a big garden with a pool, parking area about 900 m2 all togehter. In the house are two bedrooms . One bedroom has a double bed 180x200 m2. The other bedroom has a two single beds. In a bathroom is a bath tub and a washing machine. The living room is spacious and it has a nice and comfortable sofa convertible in a double bed for 2 persons, there is also a dining room and nice new kitchen. From the living area is an exit to a nice terrace with a table and chairs. Behind a Villa where you can go trough a spacious terrace is a nice big swimmingpool with a surface of a 32 m2 and 6 sun loungers. There is also a parking place for your car in front of the house. On the ground floor is a nice spacious room where you can enjoy in a massage that will offer you a daughter of the owners.
