The living room connected to the spacious kitchen has access to the balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The kitchen is equipped with all basic necessities, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. The house has 2 comfortable bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower. There is also a separate toilet with a sink for added comfort. Two additional sleeping places are located in the living room on a comfortable sofa. The large garden offers a wonderful swimming pool for refreshment, comfortable deckchairs and a parasol for sunbathing and a seating area where you can enjoy your meals outdoors. A parking space is provided in the yard. Novigrad is a charming Istrian town located along the coast of the Adriatic Sea. Here you will find a rich cultural heritage, beautiful beaches and numerous restaurants offering delicious Istrian cuisine. Also, Novigrad is an ideal starting point for exploring this region, with its proximity to attractions such as Rovinj, Porec and many wineries. Pets are allowed with an extra charge of 10.00 eur/day, per pet. Payment is made at the agency and can be paid in cash or by card. A deposit of EUR 200.00 is required.
