Position of the apartment: My vacation apartment, which I would like to rent to you, is located in the holiday resort of Cervar-Porat, 6 kms from the city of Porec. The public beach is merely 200 meters down the street. You can reach it comfortably by foot in your bathing costume or bathrobe. Cafés, restaurants, shops, bank and post office are within 100 meters. Activities: The nearby public beach is nice and clean, has a beautiful pebble beach, a helter-skelter slide and a café-bar. Nearby there are many beautiful untouched beaches which are perfect for families with children. The region around the town offers many other recreational activities, such as cycling, windsurfing, hiking and paragliding. There are also many cultural sites nearby worth visiting. About the apartment: The apartment has been completely renovated recently. You will spend your holiday in a newly fitted and redecorated flat. My vacation apartment has an floor area of 39 m² and offers room for up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. You reach the entrance via an external staircase and a gallery on the second floor of a residential building. Besides the gallery in front of the entrance, the apartment has two more balconies (one on the south side and one on the north side). It offers you many opportunities to spend time in the fresh air or in the sun. The apartment has a small, but fully fitted kitchen in the hallway, a bathroom with shower, a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed. The sofa bed is extensible and large enough for two adults. The apartment is spread over two floors. The entrance, hallway, kitchen, bathroom and living room are on the lower floor. The bedroom is on the upper floor and is reached by a stairway from the living room. In front of the bedroom is a beautiful balcony facing to the south, to the court yard, and from this balcony you have a view on sea, although restricted by neighbouring buildings. In the street in front of the building you have ample parking space and you can watch your car from the north balcony of the apartment.
