Only 10 minutes drive to nearest towns of either Barban or Zminj. 30 minutes to any city of Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Rabac, Labin, Pazin and 20 minutes down to the closest Adriatic sea beach. House is located in a small sleepy village of Sutivanac, where at night you can hear a needle falling. Population 300 people. 2 shops, 1 church, 1 school. Known for good wine, grappa and good local friendly people. Beautiful views of Mount Ucka and Rasa river valley, quad+cross biking, hunting, bush walking, untouched beautiful environment, clean air, olive, vineyards and farming.
