The two-storey holiday house built in 2015 is in the popular holiday town of Dramlj on the Crikvenica riviera. It is near the centre. It is ideal for a relaxing family holiday, but it also has a lot to offer active holiday-makers and water sports enthusiasts. You can relax on the covered terrace on the ground floor, which is equipped with garden furniture. The younger guests are particularly happy about another terrace with a children's playground. The centre of Dramalj is very small, but it has a little grocery shop, a church and a restaurant, where you can have lunch. It is only a 70-metre walk to the centre.
