St. Jacob Area near by Hotel Villa Dubrovnik , Grand Villa Argentina and Excelsior just 800 meters from Old City which is visible from our balcony.

In our vacation apartment is one matrimony double bedroom, one small double bed room, a well equipped kitchen with all necessary modern equipment, a bathroom with washing machine, a comfortable living room with satellite digital LCD TV, music line and DVD.
If necessary we may give you our laptop to check your email or surf on the Internet.
This is perfect apartment for 2 people or couples with kids.
Of course that complete apartment can be air conditioned.
There is also wireless connection in case that you have your own laptop.
The rocky beach is just below our house, Iron stairs are installed to go smoothly into the sea. Sandy beach is in the Saint Jacob beach-400 meters left from our house. There is restaurant ,where you can get drinks and all kinds of food with acceptable prices.
St. Jacob area is the most quiet and attractive part of Dubrovnik where you have Island Locrum in front of you and beautiful view on the Old City and amazing sunset view.
In case of staying more than 7 days, we offer our guests 1 original Dalmatian sea food dinner-wine included for free.
We offer also a boat tour around the Old City and island of Locrum which is in front of our house.
If someone wants a professional sightseeing, our Natasha is a licensed guide for Spanish, Portuguese and English language ..
