This is an apartment for up to 4 persons located in elite part of Dubrovnik, Ploce, only 150 m walking distance from the Old Town and popular town beach Banje. It features views of the sea, the island of Lokrum, Dubrovnik Old Town and City walls view.
All important monuments, galleries, churches, museums, restaurants, caffe bars, performances are within a short walking distance. The cable car station is 150 m from the apartment as well as the bus stop for City bus No 8 (to Gruz - port of Dubrovnik) and No 5 (to Lapad peninsula).
There is a terrace in the garden where you can sit enjoying your drink and where smoking is allowed. Use of the terrace is exclusive for guests staying in this apartment.
The apartment for up to 4 persons is on 2 levels. The ground level is about 37 sqm and comprises of the living-dining area with a couch, small table, flat screen TV, dining table with chairs, fully equipped kitchen with cooker with electric oven, combined electric and gas plates, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, deep freezer. The bathroom (shower/toilette, washing machine) is also on the ground level.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a balcony with one double and one single bed. The complete space is airconditioned and has wi-fi internet connection.
The apartment is surrounded by private villas with gardens. The main beach Banje as well as the eastern entrance to the Old Town (Ploce gate) is 150 m walking distance. The cable car and the bus stop for City and inter local buses is 100 m away as well as the grocery shop.
All important sights, restaurants and bars are on a short walking distance.
