This exclusive 3-bedroom apartment has a modern open living design, well-equipped kitchen with dining furniture and living area where is entrance to our grand 12m² terrace. Sliding glass doors lead to a furnished balcony with sea view is the perfect spot for enjoying an afternoon read, or evening glass of wine. The balcony boasts an outdoor table & chairs and BBQ cooking should you wish to enjoy some of the finer culinary treats Croatia has to offer, Ál Fresco’. Apartment consists one king size double room with en-suite, bathtub shower & toilet, two bedrooms, both with double beds & shared balcony, Main bathroom comprises of bathtub shower & toilet Both bedrooms have an amazing sea view. A separate laundry room is an added benefit of this apartment, enabling the top-of-the-range washing machine and dryer to be tucked away from the living spaces.
The property has a private parking in the garage ,adjacent to the building, access to the apartment is via an elevator.
The Stradun street in Old Town is 15 minutes walk with many restaurants of delicious sea and national food, many shops, souvenirs shops, etc. The Hotel Rixos Libertas is 400 meters away and there you can use various services such as indoor poll, wellness center, fitness, casino,restaurant and much more.Almost everything you might need is close by; a grocery shop, regular bus connections to the Old Town and even several tennis courts that can be rented, restaurant Magellan with delicious souffle from chocolate and bakery that is working all day and night. For swimming you can choose between rocky and pebble beaches, all very close to our apartment (5 minutes walking). If you like to take walks there are nice strolling areas along the hill, leading to a small picturesque church Saint Blaise.
