On the ground floor are with kitchen and dining area, living room (air condition) with access to the terrace with sea view and toilet. On the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms (each with air condition, one has access to the side balcony, one to the balcony with sea view) and a bathroom (shower, WC, washing machine). On the 2nd floor (attic) are kitchen and a living room with access to the terrace with panoramic sea view, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. All floors are connected with inner stairs. Air conditions, WiFi, TV are included in the price. Sauna suitable for max. 2 persons. Hot tub (Jacuzzi) on the terrace, suitable for max. 5 persons. Parking place: one in the garage, one in front of garage, on the street. Private outdoor swimming pool in the backyard with deck chairs, parasol, garden furniture and gas grill. Private outdoor pool is available in period from 01.05. until 01.10. For reasons of tranquility, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters (young groups). It is strictly forbidden to organize any kind of party in this house. Guests are obligated to respect house rules, pool rules and max. number of the guests this property can accept. Pets are not allowed.
