Description

The house is located in Croatia, Kastel. It´s a detached house on the outskirts, in a peaceful and sunny location. From the property you enjoy a very nice panoramic view. The access to the house is possible via a side road (paved). A terrace with a parasol, sun lounger, garden furniture and barbecue facilities are available for use outside. The house has an outdoor swimming pool all to yourself. There is a lot of space in the garden where you can let your children play carefree, completely safe from cars. Parking on the property. The apartment is located on the ground floor and available for up to 6 guests. It has 3 bedrooms, two of them with double bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed: The upper bed has a size of 0.90 x 200 cm, the lower bed has a size of 120 x 200cm. The spacious living room with satellite tv and computer with internet access is open to the kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove and oven, dish washer, microwave etc. The bathroom has a shower. The owner also lives in the house (with separate entrance). Vižinada (Istria, Adriatic, Umag region) is a very quiet place, you can relax very well and will not be disturbed. Nearby you will find purchasing (3 km), restaurant (500 m), town center (5 km). Umag is12 km away. The Slovenia border (EU) is 3 km away. The Adriatic Sea with a stone beach in Kanegra is 6 km away. You can play Golf in the Kempinski Hotel Adriatic which is 10 km away, do horse riding in Katoro (10 km). In Umag there is a boat rental and diving possibility.
