Villa Deni is situated in Kaldanija, 10 km from the town centre of Umag and the old town. The nearest beach is Kanegra 7km away. It is 10km to the market, bus stop and pharmacy in the town centre. This villa with a pool provides 187m² of living space and an 800m² garden. Villa Deni comprises a ground floor and an upper floor and boasts 4 double bedrooms (beds each 180 x 200cm) and 3 bathrooms with a shower. Two of the bathrooms have a double washbasin. On the ground floor there is a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining space with a table for 6 people and a sitting corner with a flat-screen satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee machine and kettle, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. The dining space opens onto an outdoor dining area (with a table for 10 persons) with an outdoor kitchen and a grill. One of the bedrooms is also on the ground floor, along with a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The upper floor comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which has its own bathroom. Guests can use free parking spaces. The site is fenced and therefore also suitable for children and dogs. Outside there is a lawn with sun loungers and parasols, as well as a roofed sitting corner, a roofed terrace, a dining area and an outdoor kitchen with a grill. WiFi is free for guests. An iron and ironing board are also available. Pets are welcome. The Istrian peninsula is one of the most beautiful regions in the Adriatic. During a stay in your holiday apartment you can get to know the attractions of the region. The nearest beach to the villa is Kanegra just 7km away. The region invites you to enjoy swimming, diving, sailing, hiking, mountain biking, as well as to just relax. Near the fabulous seaside village Savudrija just 9km away on the north-west tip of the peninsula, golfers can pursue their hobby at the Golf Club Adriatic of the Kempinski Hotel in an idyllic landscape. Owing to the convenient location of the holiday apartment between Umag and the Slovenian border, as well as the proximity of the motorway A9, you can go on car trips to towns worth seeing and exploring such as Trieste (Italy), Rovinj and Pula, as well as the surroundings. A further recommendation is the nearby romantic artist village Groznjan. Settled already since the Old Stone Age, throughout history Istria drew many peoples such as the Illyrians, Romans, Venetians, as well as French, Slavs and Austrians. Istria especially tells of interesting ancient history and antiquity through many finds and impressive legacies such as the largest amphitheatre of the Romans.
