Holiday apartments near the beach with a balcony, near Zadar
This family-run holiday house with its renovated apartments for three to five people is located in the little atmospheric holiday village of Kozino, just six kilometres from the coastal town of Zadar, in the midst of Mediterranean pine forests. The owner and his family live in the apartment on the upper floor.
Each apartment has its own furnished balcony or terrace. All the apartments offer a sea view. Around the house there is a well-kept garden with two garden terraces and a shared grill. Six parking spaces are available.
The apartments are not suitable for the disabled. Wireless Internet access is available. One apartment has its own washing machine. The other apartments share a washing machine in the owner’s garage.
The house is a convenient distance from the seaside and the pebbled beach (100 metres). The crystal clear water invites both adults and children to bathe and have fun. The nearby Kornati, Krka, Paklenica and Plitvice national parks, including lakes and waterfalls, are ideal for hiking. They are within easy access by car. The nearby Zadar old town is also an interesting trip destination for tourists. Kozino offers sports activities, including all kinds of water sports.
The 40m² holiday apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate three people. It has a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a washbasin, shower and toilet. The 13m² living room-kitchen consists of a sitting area with a sofa bed, a dining space and a cooking corner with a gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and fridge with freezer compartment. Satellite TV, air conditioning and heating are available. The 11m² balcony offers a beautiful view of the sea, the town of Zadar and the islands of Pasman, Ugljan, Dugi Otok and Molat.
