The house is located in a quiet area and surrounded by a Mediterranean forest, only 15 minutes from the center of Malinska and the first beach. At the front of the yard there is a shared pool and garden shower shared by two apartments located in this house, while at the back there is a parking lot.

On the ground floor of the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, as well as a living room with access to a terrace with a view of the green belt and the nearby forest. There is also a 6 m2 bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a balcony with a view of the sea, and the other with two single beds.
