Holiday apartment for up to four people, with a modern interior and private balcony The holiday apartment is located in the picturesque village of Katedrala on the sunny Croation island of Krk. The spacious 65m holiday apartment occupies the second floor of the family house and consists of a light living and dining room with an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Out door stairs lead to the separate entrance, ensuring pleasant privacy during your stay. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room has a comfortable sofa with a coffee table, cable and satellite TV, and a wooden dining table with four matching chairs. Right next to it there is the open kitchen with a four-zone electric stove, and oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee machine and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The two bedrooms each have a double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. One of the bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower attachment, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a bidet and a toilet. Plenty of bed linen and hand towels are provided and washing machine is available. There is a reliable and free wireless Internet connection in the apartment. The living room opens directly onto the private balcony with a table and chairs, where you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. If you arrive by car then there are two secure parking spaces right in front of the house. The owner lives in the house and is happy to assist with any queries at any time.
