The first floor also has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed (180*200) and one with a bunk bed. The kitchen on each floor is equipped with appliances that you need for everyday use. Living room/dining room on each floor has a table for 4 to5 persons, a sofa, and a TV. On the ground floor, there is another kitchen and a small living room with a sofa that can be used as an extra bed for 2 people. On the outside, Villa Fortuna offers various accommodations including a large private swimming pool (25 m2) and a garden. Also outside you can find a nice BBQ which is ideal for spending a nice evening time with your friends or family. The entire terrace is covered with stone floor and it gives you a lot of comfort and privacy. It is only 15 km from the Adriatic Sea, 15 km from the hilltops excursions in central Istria and 30 min driving from most historical locations. There is plenty of parking space for multiple cars on the property, and the holiday vacation rental is 1 km from the nearest shopping district where you can find many different shops including shops that allow you to buy fresh products from local farmers. The cost to rent Villa Fortuna is going to vary based on the different time of the seasons. You can find a list of the prices on the website for upcoming seasons.
