Modern holiday apartments with a balcony and a sea view, near beaches and small bays This modern house was built in 2013 and offers two holiday apartments for four and five people. It is on a quiet road, near several beaches and natural, small bays. Each apartment has its own furnished balcony with a wonderful view of the sea and the islands. There are parking spaces in front of the house. Within a radius of 500 metres there are several beaches and small bays. It is 300 metres to the centre of Liznjan. Shops, restaurants, a pharmacy and the tourist information office are also near the house. It is 100 metres to the nearest grocery shop. The centre of Medulin is 2km away. Along the 28-kilometre stretch of coast everyone can find their favourite beach or a pretty bay. Kujin bay is ideal for paragliding, surfing and other water sports, and is famous amongst sports people. Massages are offered on site for relaxing.

The 57m² apartment is on the ground floor of the house and can accommodate five people comfortably. It disposes of two bedrooms with a double bed (160 x 200cm) in the first bedroom and a single bed (90 x 200cm) in the second. The spacious living room is divided into a modern kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. The kitchen provides a stove, oven, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher. The sofa bed (140 x 190cm) in front of the TV is suitable for two people. The living room and the double bedroom have air conditioning. The bathroom contains a shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer, The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs. It is ideal for relaxing or dining, while enjoying the view.
