You can park your car conveniently in the spacious interior courtyard. The beautiful shared garden has play equipment for children and a brick-built barbecue. It is on the ground floor and provides 90m² of living space for four to five people. There is a big hallway and living room comprises a living and dining area with a sofa, dining table and TV, and a modern built-in kitchen with an electric stove, fridge and microwave. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, WC and hairdryer. A supplementary bed can be added for a further person. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, free wireless Internet access, a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner. The beach and the harbour are about 200-300 metres from the house. It is also a five-minute walk to the post office, various restaurants and bars, doctors, shops and a tennis court. Medulin is at the southern tip of Istria. The area has a long stretch of coast and is surrounded by a chain of small islands. Today Medulin is a well-known tourist centre with the appropriate infrastructure.
