The apartments are equipped with satellite TV, wireless Internet access and air conditioning. The air conditioning unit is in the living room and is powerful enough to cool the whole apartment. The free Internet connection also works outside on the terrace. The washing machine, which all guests can use free of charge, is about 10 metres away in the owner’s house. Each apartment has its own furnished terrace with a private grill area. There is a car parking space right in front of the house. It is just 200 metres to the centre with banks, shopping facilities and public parking spaces, and the same distance to a bus stop. The motorway and airport are just 6 and 8km away. It is a leisurely 10 to 15-minue walk to the beach promenade, with many restaurants, bars, cafés, small souvenir shops, a disco etc.

This 60m² apartment can accommodate five people. The comfortable bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a single bed (90 x 200cm). There are two further single beds (90 x 200cm) in the room next door, which also has a kitchen separated off by a little wall, equipped with a stove, oven, coffee machine, fridge, microwave and kettle. You can have breakfast in the cosy dining corner. The tiled bathroom has a shower, WC and hairdryer. The living room has a sitting area with a sofa and armchairs, as well as a dining space.
