Beautiful 2 bedroom Villa Doda is a renovated authentic Istrian house, fully equipped in modern style with large garden and outdoor area with outdoor pool and sauna. It is placed in village Modrušani, Istria, Croatia. Tastefully decorated indoor living area is set on ground floor and 1st floor. All rooms are air-conditioned. Ground floor consists of open-space fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dining area and living room overlooking front yard. In living room there's a SMART TV with satellite programs, and a sofa bed which can be converted to a bed for 1 adult or a child. Further trough there is a Sauna space with shower bathroom, toilet and bidet. The sleeping area on 1st floor is accessible by stairs and it consists of 2 double bedrooms, both with terraces and en-suite shower bathroom equipped with a double bed (160x200cm), a SMART TV with satellite programs, a shower bathroom. Back yard is accessible trough upper back terrace from first floor and trough a passage on ground floor and it consist of a waste grass area with natural grown trees, a covered BBQ area with dining area and benches, a large sunbathing area and 8x4m tiled outdoor pool. In front of the house there is a parking space for at least 2 cars. Family Modrušan is just next door, available for any assistance during stay. Modrušani is a small village, in peaceful and calm area located in heart of Istria near Žminj, between Rovinj, Pazin and Barban. It gets more lively during summer when a lot of outdoor activities starts. There's plenty of places around where you can taste a good Istrian wine, olive oil, home made cheese, prosuto and other local delicatessens. It is also a good cycling and hiking area. Nearest beaches are around Rovinj, about 20 minute drive. For those who like to explore surroundings there are multiple sightseeing location, cities picturesque towns Rovinj, Pazin, Porec, Labin, Pula all in reach less than 40 minute drive, but also smaller unique ones like Svetvincenat, Motovun, Hum, Roc, Lovrec...
