Description

Villa Larum is a newly build, fully wheelchair accessible, luxury villa located in the Dubrovnik suburb of Mokosica. The villa is spread over two floors and consists of four double bedrooms, two bathrooms with step free shower access, a dining room and kitchen on the ground floor and living room and bar on the first floor. Both floors benefit from a balcony with with idyllic views over Mokosica Bay. The villa has been designed to be fully wheelchair accessible so has a lift to take guests between floors should it be required as well as step free access throughout each floor. Externally the villa has a beautiful sun drenched and large terraced area whose main feature is the gorgeous pool, which also has a detachable lift for disabled access, as well as a covered dining area offering guests some shade from Dubrovniks scorching sun. Additionally there is a barbecue for guest's use, a poolside bathroom/shower room and a summer kitchen so guest can have easy access from the pool. Sun loungers and beach towels are also provided. To further help with availability all entrances are step free access, each floor is step free throughout and all shower are walk-in and a shower chair is provided if needed Mokosica is a quite suburb immediately outside of Dubrovnik city meaning guests benefit from peace and quite whilst at the same being a few minutes drive away from the hustle and bustle of town. The villa is conveniently located near a mini-market (Studenac), a bar/cafe (Zepellin) and numerous small shops and bakeries. Immediately in front of the villa is what is known locally as the Mooksica Riviera. A pretty walkway that runs down the entire east side of Mokosica Bay. Located on the Rivera is a cafe bar on a jetty (Vapor), a restaurant (Restaurant Bogo) and a football and basketball pitch to keep the kids amused
