Villa Cascada is located in the small town of Muntic, on the outskirts of Pula, and only 5 km from the international airport, providing you with easy access to the city while offering a multicultural experience at your fingertips.
Enriched with a modern interior and exterior and a touch of Istrian rusticity, the villa offers you an ambiance that will leave you breathless!
It was built at the beginning of 2023 and is now ready to open its doors to guests who are searching for a luxurious and peaceful vacation with friends or family. You will be comfortably accommodated in 3 double rooms (one of which has two single beds that can be joined if desired). Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower cabins that are fully equipped. Guests are also provided with a washing machine, dryer, and iron.
In the spacious living room, there is a three-seater sofa with a queen-sized bed, LED TV, and modern details. Of course, important to mention is that the kitchen has an impressive view of the greenery through the sliding glass walls! The kitchen is fully equipped, with accents of minimalism, which make it easier to prepare a light lunch as well as a rich dinner, which is in fact, a tradition in Istria.
In front of the villa, there is a beautiful swimming pool also enriched with greenery, where you can find cooling shade during the summer heat or enjoy the Istrian sun on the deckchairs by the pool. In addition to the swimming pool, this villa offers a relaxing wellness area and outdoor jacuzzi. Underneath the shade of the palm tree, you will surely be delighted by the children's playground equipped with a slide and swings, and a gas grill.
Villa Cascada offers you rejuvenation for both body and soul, while the enchanting village of Muntic will delight you with its distinctive Istrian ambiance.
