Comfortable apartments with balcony or terrace located near the sea, with a wonderful view of the city of Novigrad and the sea The house stands on a closed plot of 614 m² in a quiet part of Novigrad. Everything is quickly accessible on foot. The house is equipped with six apartments and about 400 meters from the sea. The apartments are located on the first or second floor and in the attic with a separate entrance. The apartments are spacious, modern and comfortably furnished. Shops, restaurants and the beach are within a radius of around 800 meters. Novigrad bus station is 600 meters from the apartments. The old town of Novigrad can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. Pula Airport is 65 km away. Istralandia, a large water park, is 5 km away and offers a lot of fun.

This two-bedroom apartment sleeps up to five people with a queen bed in one bedroom, twin beds in the other, and a sofa bed for another person in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and there is a dining table and chairs for everyone. The apartment has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and towels.
