The house was built at the beginning of the 20th century and was completely renovated in 2013., keeping Istrian style. It is located on its own plot of 300m2 with a beautiful garden, a swimming pool of 12m2, deckchairs, a terrace with seating, a barbecue and private parking. Villa Annette for 6 persons, with a total living area of ??160m2, is spread over three floors. The interior is decorated in traditional Istrian style combined with modern details. At the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, sat tv, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. On the same floor, it is available to guests a Finnish and Turkish sauna with a shower and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is also another living room with a small kitchen, dining room and couch - all in one room with access to a covered balcony with seating and a beautiful view. On the 1st floor there is also one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and a hydromassage bathtub. In the attic (or in the gallery), there are two more bedrooms with double beds and a panoramic view of the sea. This rustically decorated vacation home is the ideal choice if you want to spend a quiet vacation, yet close to the hustle and bustle of the city and the beach. Youth groups are not allowed.
