The house has been built in the year 1990 and the apartments have been partly renovated in year 2015. It has a closed yard of 1000m2 in which children can play in complete safety. There are 4 apartments total in the house. The house is surrounded by the beautiful garden where the guests have a 50m2 big swimming pool with the loungers and a barbecue grill on their disposal. The houseowner lives on the first floor and the parking is in front of the house. The guests can also request a covered parking for the cars and bikes which is not included in the price. Apartment Livija 3 for 3 persons, surface area 54m2, is located on the 1st floor of the apartment house. The apartment consists of an open living space with kitchen and dining room. The living room leads to the terrace, which is equipped with a seating set and offers a wonderful view of the sea, two bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom and the other is a room with a single bed, this room has access to the terrace. The bathroom with shower and toilet is located in the corridor of the apartment. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available to guests.
