Description
A typical Dalmatian stone house in an attractive and quiet location in immediate vicinity of the beach (100 m) and
900 m from city center.
Three one-bedroom and one studio apartment (cca. 25 m2 each) are on the ground floor of the house.
The maximum capacity of each apartment is three adults or two adults with two children up to 12 years old.
The third person or two children, sleep on the couch in the living room.
The couch in each of the apartments can be converted into spacious bed approx. 1.90 m x 1.20 m.
All apartments have separate entrances and also own terraces with furniture, a bedroom with a double-bed, a
kitchen with dining area and living room in one room, as well as bathrooms with showers.
The price includes:
1) Clean and tidy apartment on arrival

3) Towels for use in the apartment, bed linen and kitchen clothes

At extra charge on request:
1) Shared washing machine 10,00 € per each use.
2) Grill service 10,00 € per each use, not later than 19:00 o'clock.
3) Earlier check-in is possible if there's at least one day off between guests shift at half day price by prior arrangement only.
4) Fresh fish supply and grill service
The house rules
1) More people arrival than announced in the reservation is at your own risk. If any of them can't
be accommodated with us, no refund at request. Each unannounced person including kids of any
age with extra charge at check-in.
2) Check-in without personal documents and security deposit 150,00 €/apartment is not possible.
3) Accommodation is available from 15:00 on the arrival day until 09:00 on the departure day in
order to prepare apartments for new guests arriving the same day after 15:00.
4) Earlier check-in is possible if there's at least one day off between guests shift at half day price
by prior arrangement only.
5) If the guest does not leave the apartment until 09:00 on departure day, an extra day will be
charged from security deposit.
6) Kids game which exceeds into destruction of furniture and equipment in the apartment, items
and greenery on the terraces due to carelessness of their parents won’t be tolerated and will be
charged from security deposit.
7) If damage exceeds the amount of security deposit, the difference up to full amount will be
charged immediately on the spot.
8) Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, as well as playing ball and similar games are not
allowed in the yard.
9) Shouting, playing loud music and making noise between 14:00 - 16:00 and especially from 23:00
- 08:00 is strictly prohibited.
10) Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited as well. It is permitted only on the terraces.
11) Visits by third parties are not allowed. We are not a gathering place for your friends and relatives
who are acommodated elsewhere.
12) Providing shower services to your relatives camping nearby, as well as toilet services to your
friends from the beach is strictly forbidden.
13) Don’t bring us cats from the street, they will look for food and keep coming back, peeing and
pooping in the yard.
14) If guests refuse to stop and continue with above actions, the host has the full right to refuse
further providing of service without any obligation to return previously received payments including
security deposit.
15) Empty your kitchen trash can every day and regularly ventilate the apartment when the air
conditioner is off.
16) Keep protective sheets on the couches during entire stay, please.
17) Guests on departure are obligated to leave clean and tidy apartment, utensils and cutlery stored
dry and clean. Otherwise, cleaning fee 60,00 €/apartment will be charged from security deposit.
Air conditioning
1) The use of air conditioner is included in the price and it's not charged extra if electricity is used
rationaly as described hereafter.
a) The air conditioner is set so that the difference between indoor and outdoor air does not exceed
10°C. For example, if the outside temperature is 33°C, the air conditioner is set to at least 23°C.
b) The doors and windows are closed while the air conditioner is running.
c) Guests turn off the air conditioner before going on excursion, shopping, on the beach, outside
for dinner, etc.
2) The use of air conditioner is not included in the price and will be additionally charged 10,00
€/day from security deposit if electricity is used irationaly as described hereafter.
a) The air conditioner is set so that the difference between indoor and outdoor air exceeds 10°C,
air conditioner works non-stop.
b) The doors or windows are open, air conditioner works non-stop.
c) Guests don't switch off the air conditioner even if they go on excursion, shopping, on the beach,
outside for dinner, etc.
Povlja is one of the most beautiful places of the island Brac, located on the north-eastern side of the island.
Only three hundred population are occupied with olives, wines and fishing.
Crystal clear and clean seawater, fresh air, countless bays and long promenades and walking paths along the sea make Povlja an ideal holiday resort for a relaxing vacation on island Brac.
In Povlja are several archaeological sites from ancient times and some valuable buildings from the Middle ages period, like remains of an early Christian basilica from the 05th century, the octagonal baptistery with a dome, parts of the Benedictine monastery and defense towers.
Povlja is surrounded by many bays with different types of beaches and the center of the town also offers safe berth in the little port.
Fishing and production of natural food-stuff represent a guarantee that you will also enjoy the offered food here, whereas the hospitality of your hosts will make your vacation in Povlja an unforgettable one.
For true lovers of nature, we recommend to come to Brac and Povlja in May and June, that is the time when sage and lavender are in full blossom and the entire island is covered by their unique scent.
September and October are also recommended periods of the year because the days are warm, the sea is pleasant to swim and the winter seems so far away.
